Positive: An interesting and unusual place, staying inside an old lighthouse is a really cool experience. But in my opinion, there’s nothing much to do there for more than one day.
Negative: Getting to civilization is quite difficult; the road to the lighthouse is just bare sand and stones. This year, we were unlucky with the wind Maestrale, it lasted for two weeks. And with that kind of wind, there’s absolutely nothing to do on the cape. You can’t even swim in the pool, everything gets blown away. The food is tasteless and extremely expensive — €100 per person. And you won’t have any alternative for the dinner, because, as I mentioned, there’s no road and no lights at night.
Summary: Beautiful, but it’s more like a museum than a place to stay.

Positive: A truly fantastic location with a stunning view of the sea, absolutely unique. A great room, beautifully designed with a comfortable bed and amazing bathroom. The lighthouse is a magic place.
Negative: Literally infested by wasps - to the point that the beautiful outdoor facilities (infinite pool, outdoor seating) were not exploitable. While I appreciate the place is in the wild, guests cannot be asked to pay a premium rate to find a similar situation. They also need to upgrade their chef if they want to play in the top league.

Positive: A unique hotel set in an incredible location . Extremely peaceful and secluded . Choice of two pools if you stay in the annexe ( recommended) - beautiful Aqua Di Parma toiletries and a superb shower . The dinner service is from a very limited fish and meat menu ( 2 choices for each of the three courses and 1 dessert ) it was beautifully prepared , presented and absolutely delicious but sadly the meat menu wasn’t changed at all on the second night which was very disappointing for a 5 star location . The wine list was overpriced starting at €60 - such a shame as we drank some amazing mid priced Sardinian wines . Two beautiful beaches are in easy reach , it is an uphill walk back . Loved the lighthouse light working at night .!
Negative: Sadly it was very, very windy during our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor areas for long . There were also many wasps in the decking next to the main pool which need treating , they were really bad when the wind dropped ! Breakfast outside wasn’t an option as mosquito treatment had taken place overnight and then the wasps on our last day . The overpriced wine list annoyed me!
Summary: A incredible location for a couple of nights well away from crowds .

Negative: Way overpriced for what you get. 860 per night in the middle of September should mean a spacious comfortable bathroom with a bath tub.

Positive: Most amazing hotel experience hotel I had in a while, privacy roads leads to the only privatized 5 stars lighthouse in Italy where you totally disconnect in an amazing setting, amazing staff and great cousine. I will surely come back next year.
Negative: No gym no Spa is the only missing points to be added
